WebSoftTT implements 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in order to protect customer’s data communications. A key icon displayed in the status bar of a browser indicates that the communication is encrypted. By encrypting communication data, eavesdropping by a third party, tampering and spoofing can be prevented.
User Authentication
All of our services can only be accessed with an authorized ID and Password. Sending such data is SSL encrypted. When the user authentication is established, encrypted unique session ID is stored in cookies, and used for access user identification and session management. Sessions become inactive by closing the browser, logout or leave the session untouched for a given period of time. Also session ID is repeated in a cycle of constant destruction and reissue.
Defense from Attack
Engineers at WebSoftTT monitor intrusion and attack, and when some suspicious connections or activities are automatically detected, it filters and blocks communications and leaves record.
Monitoring of Server Running Status
Our monitoring is on duty with 24 x 7 surveillance for any emergencies.
Ensuring Redundancy
In case of any failure with the main connection, a many layers of back up connections are standing by.
Customer Data Backup
Customer data is stored everyday in RAID 5 Storage. Regular back up for data protection is executed as well.
